PostCora vs Meta Business Suite
An honest side-by-side for people who run several Facebook Pages. Meta Business Suite is Meta’s own free tool; PostCora is a prepaid scheduler that only does Facebook Pages. Both are good at different things.

When Meta Business Suite is the better choice
- You run one or two Pages and schedule posts one at a time.
- You also need Instagram, the inbox, ads or detailed insights.
- You want a tool that costs nothing.
When PostCora fits better
- You publish videos and Reels to many Facebook Pages and want each Page to keep its own daily posting times.
- You want to schedule one batch of videos across several Pages at once instead of Page by Page.
- You prefer paying only for posts that Facebook actually published, with no monthly fee.
Other schedulers
General social media tools cover more networks. Their published prices (yearly billing, 1 user, before tax, checked 21 October 2026):
- Buffer Essentials – $5 per channel per month.
- SocialPilot – from $25 per month (7 accounts), $4 per extra account.
- Hootsuite – $99 per month (10 accounts), $199 for unlimited.
The token calculator shows what each would cost for your own number of Pages and posts.
