Data deletion

You can ask us to delete the data PostCora holds about you.

1. Optional but recommended: remove PostCora in Facebook → Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations → PostCora → Remove, and in your Google Account → Security → Third-party access. This revokes access immediately.
2. Email support@postcora.com from your account email with the subject “PostCora data deletion” (or message us on WhatsApp +92 318 3840372). We delete your account record, Facebook and Google connection data, statistics cache and scheduling history and confirm by email.

Videos stored in your own Google Drive are yours and are not deleted by this process. Removing PostCora in Facebook also notifies us automatically through Facebook's data deletion callback.
