How do I get started?
Create an account (or continue with Google), connect your Facebook profile and choose the Pages PostCora may manage, then connect Google Drive for your video library.
Do I need to keep my computer on?
No. Scheduled posts are published from the cloud at their time, using Facebook's official API.
How does scheduling work?
Upload videos to a Page, then schedule them at exact times or let PostCora spread them over each Page's posting times. You can change times, pause a Page or cancel posts before they go out.
How do tokens work?
One successfully published post to one Page uses one token (PKR 0.30). A token is held while a post is waiting and charged only after Facebook confirms it. Tokens never expire. See Pricing.
What happens when a post fails?
It moves to the Page's Failed tab with the reason. Failed posts never use tokens. Retry first checks Facebook, so a post that actually went live is never published twice.
Why is a Page paused or on hold?
You or the owner paused it, Facebook access for the Page expired, or several posts failed in a row. The Page shows why and how to fix it; waiting posts stay safe.
Is my Google or Facebook password shared with PostCora?
No. Google and Facebook sign-in happen on their own sites. Never type those passwords into PostCora.
