Cancellation Policy

At PostCora, our plans are prepaid digital software subscriptions designed for social media management and automation.

Subscription Cancellation

• PostCora plans do not renew automatically. There are no recurring surprise charges.
• Once your prepaid plan period ends, your subscription simply expires without any automatic deduction. Paid features stay on for 2 days after the expiry date (grace period); after that the account returns to the Free plan (3 Pages).
• You can stop using PostCora at any time, or simply choose not to renew your plan – since plans never renew automatically, doing nothing ends the plan at its expiry date. To cancel a plan immediately, contact support: the account goes back to Free (3 Pages) right away, nothing is refunded automatically, and no data is deleted.

Immediate Termination & Account Deletion

• If you wish to stop using the service immediately, disconnect your Facebook accounts and request full account deletion via our Data Deletion page or by contacting support.
• Deleting your account will immediately stop any pending scheduled posts from publishing.

Relation to Refunds

Cancelling a plan does not automatically issue a refund for elapsed time. For refund eligibility (within 7 days of purchase for unused portions), please review our Return & Refund Policy.
